פטיש לקטועי גפיים (באנגלית: Acrotomophilia) היא משיכה מינית חזקה (פטיש) לאנשים קטועי גפיים.
יש להבדיל בין פטיש זה לבין משיכה מינית כלפי היותו קטוע גפיים בעצמו (apotemnophilia).
